Estudio Ense\u00f1at has maintained a close relationship with Italy since 1939, when it acted as legal adviser in the establishment and expansion in Spain of the Italian industrial group SNIACE, of which the founding partner Jaime Ense\u00f1at Alemany was one of the founding shareholders and a Director. This tradition was continued by the firm, which positioned itself as a point of reference for Italian companies, both public and private, arriving in Spain. The Italian Desk at Estudio Ense\u00f1at is made up of a team of lawyers working across different practice areas, with knowledge of the Italian market, a perfect command of the language and significant professional connections. Under the direction of Jaime Ense\u00f1at Benlliure — distinguished as Ufficiale of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic — the Italian Desk has excelled in legal advice on the incorporation and expansion of subsidiaries and branches, both for small and medium-sized enterprises and for major industrial groups in the energy, automotive, banking, pharmaceutical, agri-food, communications, audiovisual, publishing and transport sectors, among others.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The firm currently advises both the Italian Embassy in Spain and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in which Mr Jaime Ense\u00f1at Benlliure serves as Secretary of the Board.
